Make sure you are logged in to your Etsy Account before purchasing. Please remember, it is not possible to download any digital files through the Etsy app. You must log into your Etsy account with a browser such as Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, then follow the directions I list next:
Once you make your purchase , you can access your download link (usually in less than 5 minutes). To download them, please go to the top right of the Etsy page menu "You'', then click on "Purchases and Reviews" and select ''Download''. You do not need the emailed receipt to access your digital files.
However, if you have lost the emailed receipt and need another, you will have to contact Etsy customer service, store owners do not have the capability to send those, they come directly from Etsy.

I will gladly refund and cancel your order, if you have not yet downloaded the files or if you have accidentally purchased two of the same kit. Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns for digital items that have already been downloaded.
